PTO Parent/Family Directory

Dear Parents/Families:

District 46 Administration and Staff supports the Prairie Grove PTO and hopes that all parents are able to find a way to be active in the PTO during the 2017-2018 school term. To enhance the PTO/school district partnership and to boost communication avenues, District 46 supports the PTO's effort to create a parent/family directory. The parent/family directory will be utilized by the PTO to effectuate communication channels, promote PTO/school events and remind parents/families of opportunities to participate in the overall education system at District 46.

The following information will be contained in the PTO parent/family directory:

  • Mother's Name
  • Mother's Address
  • Mother's Cell phone
  • Mother's Email
  • Father's Name
  • Father's Address
  • Father's Cell phone
  • Father's Email
  • Student's Name
  • Student's Grade level

It is not mandatory for parent's to have their information included in the parent/family directory. We ask that parents respond to the link below to either "OPT IN" or "OPT OUT" of the parent/family directory. By "OPTING IN" you are giving the PTO consent to use all of the information previously described. The "OPT IN" and "OPT OUT" links will be available until noon on September 5, 2017.
