Prairie Grove parents have spoken and the district has responded!
We are excited to roll out our first electronic payment system in our cafeterias which will replace the need for hard currency and cumbersome lunch “tickets”! Our new system will also streamline fund collection and alleviate any security concerns that may be present with our current financial collection protocols.
Our new, web-based system will provide families access to financial information that was never possible in the past including the ability to automatically deposit funds to student accounts via the web, transfer funds from one child to another (within the same family), live updates and alerts regarding fund balances, and a real-time monitor of student spending including calorie counts!
Prairie Grove has partnered with PushCoin, Inc. of Geneva, IL, a leading provider of cloud-based fund collection solutions for public schools as well as Arbor Management, our new food services vendor. Our new fund collection system has been in development since March and will be officially rolled out to our students/families in October!
Parents will receive an email from Prairie Grove in the next couple weeks with a personal Registration Code and directions on how to register your PushCoin account!
