Our hope is to announce cast members before winter break, and to send everyone home with permission slips and new scripts!
Can’t wait!

6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Students
This group of students are elected by their student body. They are in charge of organizing many social events after school including dances and staff vs. student sporting activities. In addition to, the student council organization spends time researching and choosing to support numerous charitable organizations by raising funds or collecting goods in a high spirited way. They meet weekly on Thursday mornings from 7:30-7:50.

Teen Leadership
7th & 8th Grade Students
Teen Leadership is a volunteer opportunity offered to 7th and 8th grade students.  The time to participate occurs during the Junior High Study Hall period (2:04-2:42).  Students should complete a registration form, get it signed by a parent, and return it to get assigned to a classroom or other helper assignment.
Students must remain eligible throughout the year in order to maintain their assignment.  They are assigned 1 day per week, but if a teacher requires additional help at certain times throughout the year this can be arranged.

Scholastic Bowl
6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Students
Scholastic Bowl is an academic competition in which students answer questions about a variety of subjects to earn points for our school team.  Students answer questions both independently, and sometimes, as a whole team. Our teams travel to other schools in McHenry County to compete in matches. Scholastic Bowl practice usually starts in Nov/Dec and the competitions are in January, February, and March. All students are welcome to join!
