We will focus on positive comments and relationships between community members. Enjoy your week off! Have a great Thanksgiving!
Other Notes & Ongoing Projects:
Each month I will choose
either a frgeuit or vegetable to discuss with the students. They
will learn about the fruit/vegetables health benefits and learn how
to make healthy, fun snacks with this food. I will provide the
ingredients, and the class will make one snack together! There will
be other recipes posted. If you have any recipes, please send them
to school as I will be collecting them all year long for a special
year end treat for each student!
This month's healthy food: BROCCOLI
Student Ambassadors:
All the
students ambassadors from the first quarter did a wonderful job! A
new quarter has started and we have a new group of student
ambassadors. We will continue to meet during lunch on Wednesdays
and hold our community meetings on Friday afternoons. Each students
will be given an opportunity to participate in the program, and all
participation is voluntary! It is a opportunity to become involved,
develop leadership qualities, and build better community
relationships!
Other notes: Please have students to work on their math facts! We are diving into more complicated multiplication and division!
