Congratulations to our 9 PG Band students who performed with the All-Illinois Junior Band (junior high all-state) last weekend! Cadee, Aaron, Steven, Peyton, Nate, Cody, Jose, Marybeth, and Jacob played with the AIJB under the direction of Dr. Kevin Geraldi, the new Director of Bands at the University of Illinois. They rehearsed in the historic Harding Band Building, visited the Sousa Archives and Center for American Music, and gave an excellent performance in the world class Great Hall in the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, and representing our PG Bands so well!
